I told the front desk twice that I didn't need to book additional insurance, but when signing, the document still showed a daily insurance charge of several dozen dollars. After noticing the issue, they finally canceled it. Very disappointing.
Terrible experience, full of sales traps and mysterious fees. Absolutely shameless. Everything is abbreviated, no one can understand the additional charges. Strongly oppose this company.
Only thing missing were how to handle tolls on highways with the device installed in the vehicle and how to pay the tolls after rental.
Also it could be nice to have a more clear overview of requirements regarding insurance, it’s always a jungle!
