Overall satisfied, but hope the return process can be improved.

I ordered on Zuzuche to get a free tank of fuel, but it wasn't provided at pickup. They changed it to full-to-full without notice.

Poor vehicle maintenance led to a breakdown during the trip. When we called AVIS, they asked us to tow the car to a designated location, but later denied instructing us to do so. There was no replacement of the same type available, so we had to downgrade. They also refused to compensate the difference. The company is careless and dishonest.

No Chinese service encountered. Pick-up time was one day earlier than scheduled (damn time difference), so an extra day's fee was added. The rental car had no power the next day and required a call for assistance.

The rental process is convenient.
