Everything was great especially lovely customer service in dubrovnik Airport but dropping off the car was a nightmare due to poor directopns/no signs etc.

The car (Skoda Fabia) was everything we needed and nothing more, perfect for a holiday on the narrow Hvar roads and a long trip to Dubrovnik. Very economical, perky but not quick and comfortable. The car was in good condition and the inspection was done together to make sure both parties were clear on pre-existing marks or scratches. Service was friendly enough. Would use again.

I liked that they checked the car with me on pickup and on return so there was total transparency of minor existing scratches. The diesel car proved very economical on fuel so we were able to visit Plitvice Lakes without high fuel costs. Very friendly staff. Would definitely hire from Active again.

Booking was very easy and transparent. Very satisfied.
