Very satisfied. When picking up the car, I took photos using the QEEQAPP, especially of the areas with scratches. When returning the car, the staff inspected it carefully, and after showing them the photos, everything was fine.

Provided return instructions during pickup

The car provided was different from what I booked; it was a Beijing Automobile that I'd never heard of. The air conditioning wasn't cool, and the windows weren't tinted. When I asked the staff, they said this was the only car left. It was not the same class of car I had reserved, and the option to choose the actual car model wasn't available.

They gave us a full upgrade, the car was nice and spacious but it was full of scratches (it wasn't a problem because the staff took note of the scratches when inspecting the car).

I couldn't find better option anywhere else

They gave me a very bad car and an unknown car brand - BAIC, this car brand wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the contract The car doesn’t seem and doesn’t feel safe, has a terrible performance (acceleration, braking, handling, suspension, weak engine)
