Extremely frustrated, I called a translator to communicate, only to be met with indifference and told I could complain if I wanted. I requested a refund but was ignored. The issue was only resolved the following day when they finally gave me an automatic car. My entire trip plan was ruined due to these arrangements. After switching cars, they simply issued a new form without mentioning the previous manual car issue.

店で車を受け取るのがうまくいって、予定の車よりいいベンツを手に入れたのだが、残念ながらいつも故障ランプがついていて、店に入ってきた人は大した問題はないと言っていた。ベビーシートもありますし、いいですよ、店員さんもちゃんとシートの固定を教えてくれます。返却時に自転車事故があったため、請求書を私の電子メールに送ってくれと要求したが、事後にできなかった。保証金は修理後すぐに戻すと言っていたが、何度も催促してから何週間経ってから返してくれたのが不満だった。
