The service provided by Zuzuche was not consistent with what Alamo mentioned.

Overall, it's quite convenient, and the procedures are not very complicated. However, I intended to use the self-service machines in the lobby, but both times at the final step, it said I needed to go to the counter, wasting a lot of time. The self-service machines are also quite slow and require a lot of input, making it cumbersome.

Both pick-up and return were very convenient. The pick-up can be completed on self-service machines, saving time from queuing, very satisfied.

Car was clean but had an ingrained smell of marijuana that we couldn’t get rid of.

Pricing was excellent.
