Picking up the car was speedy and convenient with the self-service machine. Returning it was simple; the staff just made a quick inspection and if everything was fine, you just leave the keys and go.

Authentic and generous portions

Very bad experience. An African American staff member added roadside assistance insurance without asking and charged my credit card. When I refused, he was extremely rude and didn't explain how to pick up the car. We were kicked out of the service desk and spent almost two hours finding the pickup location.

Overall good, a wide selection of vehicles available.

The car pickup process took quite a long time, and the procedure to change cars during the trip was cumbersome and inefficient, which forced us to alter our itinerary. However, the return process was quick and simple, although the shuttle intervals were somewhat long.
