The car rental company's maintenance should be more diligent. When I got my car, the engine warning light was on, so they replaced it with another one. However, the engine light of the replacement car turned on the next day as well. Therefore, I hope the rental company will be more meticulous with their vehicle maintenance, as this is a safety issue.

The queue was long and a bit slow, but the service was quite good.

The specified model was not available, so we got an upgraded one which was expensive. It took quite a while to sort out the insurance issues.

In the beginning, the customer service staff kept saying that there was no available booked car and tried to ask me to upgrade. After negotiations for a while, I finally got another car in the same class as what I booked. When I picked up the car, the tire pressures were something wrong. But luckily, the on-site staff helped me to fix it.
