When I arrived, they told me there were no cars available and asked me to pay an additional USD 99/day to switch cars or keep waiting. I insisted on not paying, so I waited over an hour before the rental company gave me the car I initially reserved. However, the car was not cleaned at all!

Long wait in line and forced insurance purchase, very unhappy.

They took advantage of my poor English skills and forced extra charges on me, even though I bought full insurance through the app.

The attitude was just so-so. There were too many people and not enough cars, so we had to wait.

The waiting time for the shuttle from LAX was over 30 minutes which was really very inconvenient. Another thing, I wish that they don't allow smoking in their vehicles. I am non smoker and the smell of the car had really annoyed me and triggered my asthma. That was a real disappointment from a huge company like Budget.
