I booked an automatic, but was given a manual car without being informed. By the time I got to the garage and realized the mistake, the rental office had closed. Extremely poor company.
Additionally, the car had scratches when I rented it, which was noted in the contract, but they still maliciously charged me. Terrible service, I've never had such a bad experience.
The waiting time was extremely long. I arrived early to avoid any issues with my order and to cancel if needed, but the long wait made it impossible to cancel my order. Alamo did not accept the driver’s license translation from other companies, preventing me from picking up the car. I have used this translation at Hertz and Europcar without any problems and confirmed this with other companies. Alamo was the only one that did not accept it and did not allow me to cancel my order. QEEQ also refused to give me a refund. Therefore, I am very dissatisfied with the services of Alamo and QEEQ!
