Insisted my credit card was a debit card, trying to charge more. Then someone else placed the order with a new card. Additionally, the ePass fees are ridiculous. No matter how many times you use it, once you start, it's $24.99 per day, making us avoid toll roads. They also tried to scare us by saying Boston has all electronic tolls and that we'd be stuck without it, but it wasn't that bad!

Dislike: Waiting on my deposit back of $200 been home couple of days and still haven’t received it.
