Took the shuttle bus to the store, a lot of people, took about 2 hours to complete the process. They seemed to push the insurance, and not doing my homework cost me over $100 for the GPS, which was painful. Booked a Grand Cherokee, but ended up with a Nissan mid-size SUV, which was quite disappointing.

There were too many people, everyone was renting cars at the machine and then adding drivers — exhausting. Plus, the car I got wasn't what I reserved, so it was a scramble to get any car I could. From now on, I'll just book the cheapest car to avoid wasting money!
