実際に受け取った車とオンラインで予約した車が違い、価格は予算を超えて倍になり、それならオンラインで車を選ぶ必要があるのか？シャトルバスを探して待って車を取りに行く必要があるのか？直接空港の店舗で注文すればいいのに。保険を強制的に勧められ、返車時に厳しくなる予感があったが、案の定左ホイールのそばのプラスチックのガードが草の枝に少し擦れただけで、165ポンドも請求された。全く理解不能です。全保険を買ったと考えることにしますが、次回はもうEuropcarを選びません。Zuzucheも少しがっかりしました。

Europcar forced a downgrade. I returned on the 1st, and it's now the 19th with still no resolution. When I discovered an issue at pickup, they treated us differently, saying you rented through a third party, and we didn't receive your payment, so Europcar can't handle it.
