I booked a Volkswagen Touareg four months in advance, but they gave me an Audi A6 instead. Why did they give me a cheaper car despite my higher payment? This lack of honesty affected our comfort throughout the 16-day trip. A better car with a higher price is acceptable, but a lack of basic integrity makes future bookings questionable, as paying a premium didn't mean getting the reserved car. This shows a complete lack of contract spirit.

It's almost impossible to get the car you originally booked, and selecting a new car at the store takes some time. The most effective way is to let the store recommend a car without additional charges and check it out in person. If you only look at pictures and listen to explanations at the counter, it will be time-consuming and ineffective.

Returning the car was convenient, the young man handling the return was friendly, and the inspection was quick and straightforward.

Overall, pretty good. I booked a Touran, but got a Mercedes Viano, a 9-seater van, which was too big. After discussing with the counter staff, they changed it to a Passat wagon. Overall, I'm satisfied.
