For experienced drivers, the basic insurance is usually enough, no need for full coverage, as locals drive and park very orderly. A word of caution, this parking lot can be tricky. After picking up the car, the rental company's parking area will issue a parking card. When you leave the parking building, you should insert the card into the machine for automatic gate open. However, it didn't work for me, so I had to call for manual assistance to open the gate. As a result, it continued to count as if the car was still inside, and I only noticed in the evening in Naples, ending up paying a 33-euro parking fee. In such cases, after exiting, immediately park on the side and use the 'easy parking' app provided on the receipt to scan and pay quickly.
