This company is shameless; they charged me $17 even though the tank was full when I returned the car. Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture. They also charged me $35 for towing service they claimed I added when I rented. Ridiculous!

The service was very poor. They intentionally required the car to be as clean at return as it was at pickup, and demanded a cleaning fee. I will never use this lousy rental company again.

The first car I got was a Camry. After leaving the airport, I noticed the tire pressure was abnormal, so I returned to the counter to explain the situation. They immediately changed the car and even gave me a free upgrade. The service was very good.

Not very satisfied with the vehicle selection; the replacement model was even worse than the originally reserved one. Contrary to the website's claim of free upgrades, the final price was higher than the preliminary quote from Zuzuche.
