Arrived early, staff explained early pickup and return, smoothly collected the car

Penalty has been paid, but they keep charging management fees

It was easy to find the AVIS counter inside the terminal at Avalon Airport. The staff at the counter were very helpful. When I mentioned my preference for Toyota cars, they immediately swapped my initial reservation for a Camry, and reminded me that the car had a foot brake, which was very encouraging for me as a first-time right-hand drive driver. The return process was also very pleasant; the staff just asked if the tank was full and cheerfully said 'OK'.

The service was excellent, and the pick-up and drop-off processes were very fast.

The offline navigation by Tantu is absolutely terrible, and I have to emphasize it three times: it is completely unusable throughout the whole trip.
