No one was there to pick us up at the airport, and we couldn't get through on the phone. Eventually, we found a small alley and luckily met a Chinese person who helped us contact the rental company. The car we got was not the model we had booked. I will never book with small Chinese-run rental companies abroad again.

Rented a RAV4 through the rental service, but it was unavailable. Although we were upgraded to a Volkswagen Tiguan, which is noticeably smaller, the rear seats were at a 90-degree angle, making long rides uncomfortable. However, the Tiguan was safer for long distances. Appreciate the upgrade. The full insurance coverage was reassuring, and the pickup and drop-off were simple.

Waited too long to pick up the car

Picking up and returning the car was easy and fast. The car was in excellent condition, very satisfied. Hank and Leo helped me a lot with storing and retrieving my luggage, very grateful!
