When picking up the car, note any existing dents or scratches, which the staff will also document. Once this is done, you can drive off. Returning the car to a different location was quick (as long as no new scratches were added). Since we were in a rush, we didn't wash the car, but weren't charged a cleaning fee. The pre-authorization deposit was refunded two days after returning to our home country. Thumbs up!

Added insurance fees without informing. Due to the language barrier, we didn’t notice and signed the contract, resulting in hidden insurance fees being deducted from the deposit.

Antalya Airport is small. Budget is on the right side as you exit the hall. There were about four or five people in line. Other companies had no business. It was relatively quick, but could be faster.
