Bangkok-Nakhon Sawan-Chiang Mai-Lampang-Phitsanulok-Ratchaburi-Hua Hin-Bangkok

The car wasn't ready at the scheduled pickup time. Every time I asked, they would say it will be ready in another 20 minutes. This went on for two to three hours. Very dissatisfied with this service.

Overall good, but for some reason, my Mastercard couldn't be used.

When picking up the car at Don Mueang, I found that the car's rim was damaged, so I had to get a replacement, which took a lot of time. Thankfully, the replacement was a new car with only 1000 kilometers on it. I regretted choosing to return the car in the city; I couldn't find the store at all! Even calling Hertz customer service didn't help, and asking locals didn't work either, which was very frustrating! Fortunately, I had the idea to return the car at Suvarnabhumi Airport. Even though I was more than 2 hours late, they didn't charge me extra, and the service was excellent! The staff kindly told me it was fine to return the car anywhere. They just checked the fuel gauge, and everything was fine.

Right at the airport exit, very convenient.

More signage on the roads to the Hertz carpark along the airport will be good.
