Very satisfactory

Quite satisfied, good value for money. Although pick-up and drop-off are a bit more troublesome, it’s much cheaper than renting a car at the airport.

We were a group of 6, with 6 carry-on suitcases and 6 backpacks. We originally booked a mid-large size MPV, but they gave us a 'compact' MPV instead, which clearly did not match the product description. I recall that the price for the given vehicle was cheaper when we initially booked. So, the 6 of us were squeezed together.

Very good service, whenever we called, someone picked up immediately. The cost is more favorable compared to other companies, and the people are very nice.

The rental process was not particularly fast, but overall service efficiency was okay, and the staff's attitude was also fine.
