Only went to Auckland center, roads were difficult to drive on

The attitude of the rental company was bad. We requested a car inspection at 10 PM, but the store staff hurried us to leave, saying it would affect their closing time. However, when picking up the car, they immediately noticed a barely visible dent. The attitude of the Asian staff at the store was particularly poor.

The staff were very nice and helpful. We booked a Corolla hatchback, and the staff offered to upgrade us to a sedan for free. However, since it was just my wife and me, the space was sufficient and we preferred the hatchback, so we politely declined the offer.

There were no Chinese-speaking staff at the counter. The service at the counter was somewhat slow.

The service was average, not as good as Chinese shops.

Purchased full insurance, but was charged extra at the store. Have receipts as proof.
