When returning the car at Munich train station, due to no specific return location, we went to the Europcar rental point at the station to ask for help. However, the staff there were very rude and did not provide the necessary assistance, resulting in us spending several extra euros on parking fees and wasting two hours.
The car rental point in Vienna had a shy young guy. His English wasn't great but it's easy to understand him. If you find the door locked when you arrive, don't worry, just wait 10-15 minutes and he'll come. He might be inspecting car conditions. The service attitude is excellent. The pickup is on level -2. If you have any issues, take a photo and go upstairs to ask him. He's very patient in answering all questions.
I had an appointment to pick up the car at 8:30. When I arrived at the store, there were three people ahead of me. There wasn't any organized line, so everyone had to line up on their own. There was only one staff member, and the computer even crashed during the process, so it took a full hour to get the car. They asked if I would be leaving Austria. If you are, make sure to inform the staff so they can give you a highway pass to avoid fines for not having one after leaving the country.
The store at Vienna train station is easy to find. The car pick-up process is simple, without any upselling. The staff is very friendly and communicates well.
Not bad, our English isn't great, but the guy patiently explained everything and let us take photos to translate. We spent a long time understanding the car in the basement, and some passers-by even came to help explain.
