Long wait time

Everyone, please be careful with the Budget car rental store. I've rented cars many times, and this is the first time I've encountered hidden charges that I was unaware of, which were forcefully added. I've applied for after-sales service, and a week has passed with no resolution. Where is the efficiency?

After they realized I was only with one other person, they downgraded me to a Jeep Compass. Their attitude was mediocre.

Although the car model was slightly different, the front desk explained it to me.

Budget rented us a car with 3/8 tank of gas. We ask that be noted and they did. When we returned the car had over a half tank. They charged us for refueling and the gas itself over $120. We are of course disputing that overcharge with them.
