I think switching from a Prado to a Pajero is okay, but they initially gave me a Ford. I had to ask them to change it after looking around the parking lot, which took over half an hour.
The counter staff were negative that I booked through easy rent cars. There was a discrepancy between the deposit listed on the website and the actual deposit they charged. The lady challenged our choice of car insisting we needed to upgrade to a larger one.
It was busy at the counter but staff were quick to try and sort people out. We paid for a sat nav as extra with them and it was pretty useless and we relied on our phone for maps the whole trip. otber than that all smooth.
