You can walk to the counter of Europcar - Brisbane Airport car rental.

Domestic Arrivals: Europcar has two counters located within the Domestic Terminal (Qantas & Virgin Arrivals) and are located opposite the baggage carousels. If these counters are unattended, please proceed to the main Europcar booth which is located in the car park directly opposite the terminal by crossing the Skybridge and then taking the lifts located at the far end to 'Level 1, Car Rentals'.The Europcar booth is located at the far end of the car park, accessible by the pedestrian walkway. International Arrivals: The Europcar counter is located in the Arrivals Hall on Level 2 within the International Terminal.

Drop-off Instructions

Domestic Returns: Follow signs to Domestic Airport, then follow ‘Rental Cars’ lane markings and signage (This is in black with White writing on the road and on overhead signs on the way into the domestic terminal). Guests must use the entrance. to the car park signed for car rentals and continue to Europcar. at the far end of the car park. When entering, use the first entry. lane and park the vehicle in the section marked ‘Returns’ on the left after the building. International Returns: Follow signs to the International Terminal, then follow ‘Rental Cars’ lane markings and overhead signage. Europcar is the final company in the section. Guests must park. the vehicle and return keys to Level 2 ‘Arrivals’ to staff or into dropbox located on the right-hand side of the desk.

    Like: I rented cars from Europcar in both Melbourne and Brisbane, and their vehicles were in good condition.
    Dislike: For Europcar, they could consider providing a summary of information about the nearest petrol stations to Europcar car return locations. It would provide drivers an ease of mind when returning the vehicles in full petrol tank. In addition, Europcar could consider pasting a decal on the windscreen that provide information on the type of petrol (RON91,95,98) to refill, as well as helpline contact number (24 hours) to call in case of emergency. As for EasyRentCars, maybe you could consider having a points reward system so that customers will always use your system and services. It could be free upgrade of vehicle, extra days drive, waiver of baby seat fees etc. If possible, it would be great to tie up with other online platform such as Hotel.com or booking.com, so that if we book a vehicle through them or hotel through EasyRentCars, customers could enjoy better rates. Just some feedbacks to stay ahead of competitions.

    The car was dirty on the outside and windows were very dirty with marks all over them . The body of the car was also marked and dirty. The inside was grubby and dirty and generally unkempt with rubbish still inside from last customer. I raised the concerns and was told two day rental would be discounted from my bill. I have emailed and been told that this was not possible as I’d prepaid,so was told money already taken in the form of additional drivers !     The drop off location in Hervey Bay charges for $60 of fuel when the vehicle was completely refuelled at the airport fuel station (some 100 metres down the road) which we paid special attention to do because I am very aware of the exorbitant rates charges to refuel. It was completely full, the fuel bowser clicked multiple times as I continued to try to fill it. It was not possible for us to put any more fuel into the vehicle.

    Call centre staffed in Philippines - no idea of local operation in Brisbane or vehicles etc... reluctant to transfer to local office. Call centre advised that desk would be open til midnight as my flight was delayed. However internaltional desk was not staffed and had to go all the way to domestic terminal to collect car which added over 60mins. Wish I was told this could happen in advance.

    The counter staff were unhelpful and didn't assist with car pickup or provide vehicle information. The car itself and the interior were generally fine but were covered in minor scratches. When I reported this, they just told me to take photos for evidence without providing any vehicle information for comparison. For returns, they just told me to take photos and drop the key in a box, without checking the car or asking for the car number or whether it was returned on time. This gave me no sense of security and made me feel vulnerable to being scammed. It also seemed like the car wasn't cleaned properly, as if it was handed directly to the next customer after I returned it.

    I rented a Ford but received an old Isuzu. The staff did not inform me or guide me to inspect the car before having me sign a document stating the car was in good condition. Having rented cars many times in Australia, I trusted this chain and later realized it was a big mistake. The rental process went smoothly, but a few days after returning the car, I received an email claiming I had scratched the car. I asked for photos of the car in good condition at the time of rental, but they said none were taken and that it's the customer's responsibility to confirm the car's condition. I was shocked, as other rental companies always provide detailed photos of the car during pickup. It seems here that once a customer is misled into signing, they can blame any damage on the customer? They charged 4600 for a 4cm scratch. Fortunately, I had full insurance, but it took a month to get reimbursed. I've rented cars many times in the US, Europe, and Japan, and this is the first time I've had such a terrible experience with an Australian rental company.
