There were quite a few people in line, and with only a few counters, I waited for more than half an hour. However, the crowd indicates that AVIS is quite popular.
Picking up the car in San Francisco was very convenient, possibly because it was early and there were no queues. Chrysler's Town and Country has immense space; it fit our group of 5 people, 5 large suitcases, and 2 small suitcases. Truly an American car—big!
I have been charged 435 US dollars outside of my already paid amount for this reservation.
174 were cut as security and 239 have been cut after we dropped it off. This is highly unprofessional and has not even been authorized.
