Overall just okay! We wasted a lot of time while traveling, the queue was very long... We were lucky to wait for the shuttle for a while, but others on the same shuttle said they waited for an hour... The staff's attitude was mediocre, the car had 70,000 kilometers on it, and when we were taken to the airport, they even dropped us at the wrong place... costing us an extra $20 for a taxi...
Dislike: I didn't like the distance to express pickup which was not Ace Car Rentals fault but it would be nice if they could pick up from the terminal.
Like: Got a free upgrade. The car was in very good condition, so was the GPS device and the car seats for kids. Very friendly staff. Dislike: Nothing in particular
