Complimentary pick-up and drop-off service to our Sydney airport branch for customers from 5:30 am to 11:00 pm serving Sydney airport domestic & Sydney airport international terminals and airport accommodation. CUSTOMERS ARRIVING AT INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL After collecting your luggage Call branch to arrange a collection. Exit the terminal, turn right following the signs to shuttle bus waiting area. CUSTOMERS ARRIVING AT DOMESTIC TERMINAL 2 (Virgin, Jetstar and Regional Express) After collecting your luggage Call branch to arrange a collection. Exit the terminal, turn left following the signs to shuttle bus waiting area. CUSTOMERS ARRIVING AT DOMESTIC TERMINAL 3 (Qantas) After collecting your luggage Call branch to arrange a collection. Exit the terminal, turn right following the signs to shuttle bus waiting area.

Drop-off Instructions

Remember to re-fuel to agreed level when returning your vehicle. Shuttle service to domestic and international terminals from 05:30 a.m. to 22:30 p.m. DEPARTING FLIGHTS Allow an additional 30 minutes prior to flight check-in time for vehicle return & transfer to terminal. After Hours Pick-ups & Returns You will need to arrange for pick-up outside of operating hours. Please contact the branch.

Driver's License Requirements

The main driver and any additional drivers must provide a full physical driving licence with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 2 year(s).

Island is not allowed to use ferries, customers can only travel to the island by overland Bridges.

Like: The lady I picked the car up from was lovely cheery made me feel comfortable.
Dislike: When I dropped the car off I had taken it to the BP around the corner to fill it up, which I definitely did. When I brought the car into the yard I was met by two workers one male one female, the woman went to inspect the car. When she came back she said everything was fine except there was one bar of the fuel gage missing, the way she spoke to me was appalling then the man piped up afte to explained I had just come from the BP to fill and the fuel pump clicked when it was full. He decided to say to me in the most condisending way that I will be charged the price of the fuel they need to put in plus a $50 admin charge, which u then replied I am happy to take the car back to the petrol station to try and put more in, I took the car back to the BP where I put $2 worrh of petrol in which while filling up I made sure the fuel pump Clicked not once but twice! I got receipts for both of the transactions and took it back to the yard where the fuel gage inside the car was still missing a bar. All in all the way I was spoken to was quite abrupt and condisending. Clearly there is an issue with the Cara fuel gage or it takes a lot longer to register the fuel input then normal. I do have another booking with ACE in a few weeks so hopefully I have a better experience at drop off.

Overall just okay! We wasted a lot of time while traveling, the queue was very long... We were lucky to wait for the shuttle for a while, but others on the same shuttle said they waited for an hour... The staff's attitude was mediocre, the car had 70,000 kilometers on it, and when we were taken to the airport, they even dropped us at the wrong place... costing us an extra $20 for a taxi...
