Every time the model I reserved is different from the one I actually get. If it will definitely be different, why let us choose the model? This is the biggest dissatisfaction!
the car I booked was a bait and switch. Basically I paid extra to book a Jeep and when i showed up the rental company said that even though the rental said it was for a Jeep Grand Cherokee, the classification was for a lower vehicle. I ended up with a crap vehicle.

Understaffed, long lines and long wait times. Doesn't seem to have been organized well. One lady waited over 90 minutes for a car she booked months in advance.
Shuttle was too small to accommodate all customers so we were left on the curb with a baby. That said, the staff were friendly and accommodating. Price was very good.

Fantastic service, 2nd time used and both outstanding experiences, with exceptional value rental cars.
Took atleast 30 mins to get set up at the counter but it was a slow but generally smooth process. Lady behind the counter was nice
