The reservation was for a high-end automatic SUV, but it took a long time to negotiate before we got a Ford. The car rental company should refund me the price difference.
The car was quite old but spacious. An honest-looking man added a bunch of insurance without informing me, which cost an extra 100 euros when returning the car. Fortunately, the rental car company helped me get it back.
All we well done. The counter staff, Mr. Rossello was exceptionally well spoken and helpful.
