1、返却後の4日から1か月の間に、5件の不明な請求が連続で発生し、合計金額は5000元にも上ります！ 2、レンタカー会社が不誠実、契約では午後7時前に返却する予定だったが、実際には当日の午後3時に返却し、現地とカウンターで確認済みだったにもかかわらず、1日分の追加料金を請求されました！ 3、レンタカー会社は故意に保険を勧め、紙の契約書や電子契約書を提供せず、返却後3日で427ユーロ（23日間の保険料）を不当に請求されました。 4、返却後1か月で42ユーロの連続的な請求が発生、理由は不明！現在も調査中です！

I was forced to buy additional insurance without my knowledge, and over 200 euros were charged to my credit card without reason. Awful service! I didn't even get the Volvo I booked.
