Extremely inefficient. It took over an hour from queuing to get the car, and the car given had not undergone a safety check. The rearview mirror was broken, but they still tried to hand over the car to me. After complaining, I waited another 1.5 hours to get a new car. The replacement car was severely damaged all around the body, and the gas tank was only 80% full. I have been renting cars in Europe for over 10 years, and this is the first time I have encountered such a situation. It is truly disappointing!
Arrived at the airport car rental location at 19:10, and it took about 2 hours to get the car. I initially wanted to rent a 9-seater car but was first given a 2-seater car, later it was changed to a 9-seater. My reservation required an automatic car, but the rental location only had manual cars. Due to the long wait, I had to accept a manual one.
On arrival I was informed that my choice was unavailable as the vehicle was no longer part of their fleet. I was offered a Fiat 500 convertible to replace it. This vehicle was not in my view "similar" to the Cascada I had paid for. I needed a larger car for the amount of luggage and passengers I was carrying. I am extremely disappointed with the service i received and have paid too much for the vehicle i drove which was a Fiat 500L.
