Experienced the car rental policies in Iceland. Minor scratches resulted in compensation costs exceeding the rental fee. The same brand in other countries is trustworthy, but here, you must be cautious.

Make sure to thoroughly check the car when picking it up. The tires on our car were nearly worn out. We had a blowout during the trip, but fortunately, we discovered it the next day before leaving the hotel. The car didn't even have a jack; we had to borrow one to change the spare tire.

Excellent service, the staff himself take us back to the airport…really appreciated.

On return of the vehicle, there was a little chip on the windscreen. I found the charge was over the price

We had to wait when picking up the car because there were a lot of people. Kia isn‘t my favourite car. Big choice of child seats. I liked the video documentation of the car‘s state.
