1. The rented car's engine had quality issues and broke down shortly after setting off, 2. Few locations, making it impossible to switch to an automatic car during the trip, 3. Limited selection of available car models.

Extremely slow service, didn't even provide the Chinese translation.

For the second part of our trip, we rented a car. With the experience from the first part, everything went very smoothly. We rented the same model as before but found it too big, so we asked the rental company for a smaller one. Returning the car was very convenient; we drove to the parking lot, and the staff just checked the fuel gauge to complete the return. It was very quick.

No repeated upselling of extra charges. Both rental and return processes were very quick. The staff were all friendly and enthusiastic.
