This Zuzuche APP is a money trap. I canceled my order a week in advance, and it showed cancellation successful with an estimated refund time of 15 working days. Thinking the refund was processed, I didn't check further. Unexpectedly, the APP did not cancel my order, and it wasn't until the scheduled time that someone called to inform me to pick up the car. I said I had already canceled the order! When I contacted customer service, they refused to refund my money. Such garbage service, I will never use Zuzuche again and will warn my friends not to use it either.
The car was extremely dirty and smelled awful. Our child got car sick, probably because of the smell. We specifically requested two child seats but only got one. We had to waste time going to Walmart to get another one. We tried to communicate with the platform twice to pick up the car between 9-10 AM, but the order on the app wouldn't go through, so we ended up picking it up at 8 AM and got delayed again...
They asked me to cancel my rental via text 3 days prior the pick day. They said they didn't have any car or the car crashed. I refused !
Then, they told me that they found a car but I have to pay $.30/ mile after 100miles per day !!! + $1000 hold up fee.
i again refused, instead of an SUV they sent a sedan
I return the car 1 day prior, I haven't been reimbursed yet

Amazing job
The day before I leave home they called me to give me cell number for when I am ready. I called aftet I received my luggages. The guy AND the car were waitting me in the parking of the airport. NO waitting, NO shuttle ride. And free shuttle to airport after drop off.

Meet and greet service at las vegas airport - but didn't know that before arrival. And couldn't get through to mobile number in UK to arrange pick up when we arrived.
Otherwise good .
The cleaning of the car was not good and we had a problem with the windshield washer, the water jet it wasn’t working and we had some problems with it in the trip.
