Staff management needs improvement; the waiting time is too long. Even though I purchased full insurance from the platform, the rental company still insisted on buying additional insurance.
The car had a minor issue; the diesel vehicle required AdBlue. When we encountered a problem during the trip, we handled it at a repair shop. After coordination between QEEQ and Europcar, they proactively refunded the repair cost and apologized after we returned the car.
