The experience was very bad. The car given to us had already covered 60,000 kilometers, a white Dacia Duster. The front windshield was blurry. If anyone gets this car, immediately ask the rental company to change it. This car has mechanical issues. After picking up the car at the airport, we headed towards Fethiye. About 100 kilometers in, the engine made a strange noise and started to smoke. We called the rental company for assistance, but they were indifferent and told us to keep driving. After another 2 kilometers, the smoke got worse. We stopped at a gas station and asked the staff for help. They called the rental company and explained the car couldn't be driven any further. They even found a local mechanic to check it. Only after the mechanic spoke with the rental company did they send help. It took 6 hours from when the car broke down at 3 PM to get back to the Antalya airport branch, 100 kilometers away. They gave us an identical car when we returned, with no apology. We expressed concerns about the same issues happening again and asked to change cars. We were even willing to accept a downgrade, but the rental company was very uncooperative. The branch manager told us to ask our agent to cancel the booking since we didn't pay directly to them, or to find a better rental company if we wanted to cancel, otherwise to take the same car. 車を借りる際、スタッフに忍耐力がなく、中国人の英語が下手だと笑われました。しかし返却店舗のスタッフは親切で、車の返却はスムーズでしたし、空港の出発階まで送ってくれました。
