受付の若い男性はとても親切に対応してくれました。元々の予約ではスコダの車でしたが、在庫がなく、メルセデスAに変更されました。しかし、大きな荷物が2つ入らなかったので、最終的にデュアリスに変更しました。車の走行距離はまだ5000キロのほぼ新車でした。

Pretty good experience. We rented the car around 7 AM with no queue. They handed us the keys and we had to find the car ourselves in the parking lot. You need to get familiar with the various controls like headlights, wipers, and audio system. Took us a while before we felt confident to drive. We booked a Benz A, but got an Opel Astra diesel version instead. The car had 6400 kilometers on it and came with adaptive headlights and a multimedia screen.
