The service was really good, and returning the car in a different location was very convenient. The staff was very nice.

I booked a compact car, specified 4 doors. At the store, they said they only have 2-door ones. Had no choice but to pay an extra amount daily for a mid-size car, and I couldn't choose, only got an old model Jetta. The insurance was supposedly included at the time of booking. The clerk told me it only covers when others hit you, but not when you hit others.

The counter staff were friendly and helpful.
