San Francisco to Los Angeles

The staff at AVIS in San Francisco Airport were very rude, especially a long-haired Black girl and a chubby White guy, both had bad attitudes. Initially, they gave me a car with a broken window and many scratches on the door. Later, when I found an AVIS PREMIER service guy on the same floor, his attitude was much better, and he gave me a brand new car.

You need to take a special tram to pick up the car, the instructions are very clear.

Due to a delayed flight, our car pickup time was changed. Customer service responded promptly and helped us reschedule the pickup time with the store. After landing, we followed the instructions and easily found the Avis pickup spot. There were few people in line, and the salesperson did not push any insurance. Overall, we were very satisfied.

Limited car options, had to change the model as the booked one was not available; the replacement car had a loose steering wheel and worn-out tires.
