QEEQ is very irresponsible. If you plan to rent a car abroad, I recommend either renting locally or going through a large domestic rental company. I rented a car in Oslo from June 8th to June 9th, and chose 8 AM as the pickup time based on past experiences. However, when I arrived at 2 PM, the shop was closed, and I couldn't reach the rental personnel. In the past, when I was late in the US and other countries, the rental companies would promptly call to notify me. Tried to contact QEEQ through their domestic hotline for assistance, but they said they couldn't reach the foreign rental company. I had already called the foreign company, and they told me only QEEQ could coordinate a pickup at another location. Yet, QEEQ claimed they couldn't reach the foreign personnel and shirked responsibility. When I asked the foreign company about a refund, they said QEEQ hadn't paid them yet and it would be possible if QEEQ agreed, but QEEQ refused the refund. This platform is very poor in terms of reliability, problem-solving ability, and customer service. Basically, it's a shell company with no strength. They don't care about customers or solving problems. So if you're traveling abroad, make sure to choose a reliable and reputable company.

全体と疎通のほうが便利で、後続の問題の解決でコールも比較的積極的に、しかし自分たちは注意を考慮し、だから未解決の問題も読めた。
