Overall satisfactory, but it seems the insurance bought domestically is not recognized abroad. In case of an accident, you have to contact the domestic platform to resolve it.
Very convenient. The company is right outside the Calgary airport. The car was ready, we just picked it up and drove off. Returning the car was even more convenient, no formalities, just handed in the keys and left.
It's okay. When I arrived, my requested car wasn't available, but they provided one at the same price. However, the one I got had a higher engine displacement and used more fuel.
They really misled me. I bought full insurance, but accidentally scratched the door a bit, and they demanded a 500 CAD compensation, saying full insurance only covers costs beyond 500 CAD.
