I requested a Japanese Toyota Kluger but was given a Korean Kia instead. The car is smaller and definitely not as good as the Toyota. Very disappointed!

They took advantage of my lack of English skills, added insurance fees directly to the contract without explaining, and had me swipe my card for a deposit before signing. Currently requesting a refund through the rental platform; this company is quite unpleasant.

They overcharged me, saying the gas station was too far from the airport. It was actually just a few kilometers away. I refueled at a station not far from the airport because I wasn’t familiar with the area.
