Upon arrival, I was made to wait for nearly an hour. They didn't inform me in advance that a similar model wasn't available and directly gave me a lower-class car, forcing me to accept it. After two hours of arguing, they finally replaced it with a similar-class vehicle. However, when returning the car, they charged me an extra €956. When I asked why, the counter for different location returns just shrugged it off. Terrible car rental company.

The rental company was irresponsible. I returned the car in Nice and flew to Italy, only to be told that their system had no record of the return. After numerous calls, they informed me that there was no record of the return in Nice, even though I followed the same return procedure as others.

We got Ford Focus station wagon, which was an upgrade from the booked car. Did not receive the instructions how to enter "rental return" part of the Paris CDG Terminal parking, so ended up in the public car park.
