They seem very polite, but they charged me a £200 deposit. There was no accident or scratch, and no mileage overrun. But they later deducted £150, even though I had full insurance! I'm still waiting for the rental company's investigation results. I've rented cars abroad many times and this is the first time I've encountered such a situation. The company neglected to provide the reserved car, and the compensation process took a long time with a small payout. The car they gave me kept indicating an oil burn issue, which was very scary.

Rented three cars this time. The two automatic sedans were very new and in good condition. The minibus was average, quite basic, and was a manual transmission, which made driving tiring.

To be sure to find our way in Turkey we rent a GPS for 42 € . It was not working correctly and we lost 2 hours to find our location because it gave us a wrong way. On many times we had to find our way alone. On drop-off the guy was not abble to give us any explanation
