The process is simple and standardized, everything is clear and precise. The car delivered to me had only run for about 8000 kilometers, almost brand new. The condition of the car is excellent, the interior is new, clean, and the windows are tinted, which is especially needed in Thailand. The features include all the daily use functions except for cruise control, with the Bluetooth control being particularly useful.
The car pickup was smooth, and the service was good. Although the staff recommended insurance, they did so directly, unlike my last experience renting a car in the U.S. where hidden fees were buried in the contract.
They charged 30,000 baht, part of which is a deposit that might take about a month to refund, because of the concern for potential violations. Hertz's service is impeccable, no issues with English communication, and the staff is very patient!

Should check car condition before handover to customer, I find out that the car I rent it from your is very low air tire pressure. It shouldn't happen.
