Service attitude was enthusiastic, there were two to three staff members at the counter, almost no queue.

They were still trying to upsell insurance products when picking up the car. I hope the car rental and the platform can synchronize user insurance information timely. If additional insurance is needed, then formally offer it. Otherwise, it's hard to figure out the difference between the insurance bought earlier and what they were selling, and we almost double-paid.
