Site understaffed. Waiting times too long for pickup and for rental procedure (long queues). Also for car return (site deserted because only staff member was busy shuttling other customers to the airport)

I wanted to modify the reservation because of change of plans after cancelled flight. Couldn't find how to do it. So I cancelled the reservation completely and started from scratch.
The car was fine
Few dinks but to be expected
The tyre pressure warning light was on when I collected the car
Tyres were fine but should have been sorted
But this is a very minor thing
