Great service yet again from the Easirent team

Smooth service all the way through as usual

Site understaffed. Waiting times too long for pickup and for rental procedure (long queues). Also for car return (site deserted because only staff member was busy shuttling other customers to the airport)

I wanted to modify the reservation because of change of plans after cancelled flight. Couldn't find how to do it. So I cancelled the reservation completely and started from scratch.

Took along time to pick up,staff member miserable on collection,other staff member on pick up was fine. Poor customer service.

Short staffed caused much inconvenience!!! Took hour and a half to pick us up at the airport then another half hour before actually driving away, could have got a bus to our destination in this time!! Tried to convince us to take out "extra" insurance as not covered on the one originally sold to us (as usual for hire car companies!!) Promised a free upgrade for the inconvenience and also extra fuel, Upgrade was the car we probably would have got anyway and we paid over the odds for the fuel as full to empty but still took it back half full so the company profited all round!! On dropping off our car at the airport, short staffed AGAIN (even though 1 staff serving 1 customer - took an age as the customer was being ripped off as was told there were previous rental issues even though there wasn't) and then asked to take the car to Travelodge and walk in freezing wind from there to the airport. NOT A GOOD FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE!!!!

If you expect Easirent to be like a larger, more expensive car hire company, you won't understand how it works. If you accept that they have their rules, and you have to follow them, then it's a great service and great value. Just do your research, know what to expect, and if you don't like what's on offer, then that's good because it leaves more cars for those of us who do! Enjoy the drive!

Would NEVE use easyrent again! Even if it was the last rent car company in the world? From step 1 when I arrived, low moral people leaving unhappy customers? What a miserable place Then the extras? More extras than a film set On return young man that took the car back was Extremely helpful 1st class Anthony has a hard job! Not surprised from companies policies! Steer well clear Use Sixt or Europcar

The car was fine Few dinks but to be expected The tyre pressure warning light was on when I collected the car Tyres were fine but should have been sorted But this is a very minor thing

Everything went well and didn’t have to wait at all for the car.

Price drop projector is a nice idea...works too!
